Cathedral Appointments has an exceptional opportunity for an NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client’s Real Estate team specialising in Social Housing and Development in Exeter. This would suit a newly qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive who is passionate about developing their career in the Social Housing and Development arena.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Setting up and managing plot sales for shared ownership leases and open market sales
  • Negotiating and advising on sewer and road adoption agreements
  • Helping with site acquisitions for housing development
  • Helping other members of the team with all aspects of property sales and purchases including easements and leasehold work

 

Requirements:

  • You will be a newly qualified (NQ) Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Ideally, you will have had some exposure to Property work, preferably Rural Property matters
  • You will have a keen interest in Social Housing and Development work and be passionate about building your career in this area
  • You will have excellent relationship building skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional client care
  • You will be commercially aware
