Embarking on an exciting period of growth a media group, based in Cornwall, are seeking a sales focussed individual who is excited to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset to participate in, and realise, their vision for the future of the company. The company are seeking a Media Sales Executive for our media sales team to work across our suite of media projects. As the Media Sales Executive, you will not be afraid to switch into a start-up mode and will have a positive and friendly outlook and participate in an established culture within the business.

 Media Sale Executive responsibilities include: -

The media sales team collaborate with business owners to grow advertising revenues and sell a multi-media offering. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets and dealing with your client base as if they were part of your own business, to grow revenues and deliver ideas for your clients and provide new revenue opportunities

  • Maintaining and growing current clients’ revenues
  • Leveraging relationships for referrals
  • Developing new business
  • Running multiple sales appointments; meeting face-to-face with customers

Media Sale Executive requirements include: -

  • Media sales experience in a media environment (desirable)
  • An understanding of the maths of selling - more calls = more appointments = more sales
  • Proven track record of successful account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong work ethic and highly motivated
  • The ability to manage objections and deliver creative solutions
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • Self-disciplined to work independently
  • Personable and able to engage in a vibrant company culture
  • Valid driver’s licence
