Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This company is the leading manufacturer and supplier of technical products with a fantastic reputation for their specialist work. As a Logistics Coordinator, your role is integral to the smooth running of the Logistics Department. As the Logistic Coordinator you will have excellent organisational skills and previous experience in dealing with customers and suppliers. There is scope for the role to develop and grow over time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Order and distribute ID cards for new/current employees
  • Process and track quotes, invoicing, and other administrative duties
  • Take responsibility for ensuring follow-up actions are taken and full information is recorded
  • Undertake training and assist in training other members of staff as required

Requirements: -

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Gmail
  • Experienced in dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Excellent phone manner, ability to multi-task, and good attention to detail
