Summary:
Our client, a friendly and well-respected Law firm based in Exeter, is on the lookout for a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their cutting-edge Social Housing Management Team. You will be helping the team to manage a range of Social Housing matters. You will be a qualified Litigation Lawyer, ideally with at least 2 years PQE gained in contentious landlord and tenant work.
What will you be doing as a Social Housing Litigation Solicitor?
- Managing your own caseload of Social Housing matters to include possession claims, injunction claims, disrepair and leasehold disputes and boundary and property disputes.
- Contributing to marketing and business development activities to promote and develop the firm.
Skills/Qualifications of a Social Housing Litigation Solicitor:
- You will be a qualified Litigation Lawyer, ideally with a minimum of 2 years PQE achieved in contentious landlord and tenant work or similar areas.
- The firm are also open to lawyers with a background in other contentious matters such as civil litigation, criminal or general litigation.
