Are you an experienced Administrator or HR Assistant looking for your next step within a supportive HR team? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic professional services firm as Learning & Development Administrator. With multiple offices across the South West, this position can be based from either Taunton or Plymouth.

Learning & Development Administrator responsibilities include: -

  • Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of new starter inductions and growing development opportunities and training for employees
  • Undertake all elements of L&D administration relating to events and learning activities, including webinars and e-learning modules as well as scheduling/booking training rooms, lunches, and travel arrangements
  • Administer/monitor course bookings and promote courses to relevant staff to ensure maximum take-up of training places
  • Play a key role in making all staff feel welcome and supported upon joining and continuously engaged with learning and development opportunities

Learning & Development Administrator requirements include: -

  • Significant administrative experience ideally within a L&D/Training/HR function or a professional services environment
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Adaptable and able to initiative and ownership
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning and administration skills
