Responsibilities:
- Working with the team and Head of Development on all aspects of the development lifecycle from project management, through database and application layer to front end technologies
- Providing front-line support for both internal teams and external customers who need assistance using several different web services.
- Ensuring timely turnaround of support requests by successfully resolving issues with customers, including demos and further training where necessary.
- Helping test and debug new products
- Roll-out of training to internal teams on any changes to systems and processes when new products are launched.
- Debugging and other development-led activities
Requirements:
- A good understanding of coding best practices
- Experience writing basic UPDATE, INSERT, DELETE and SELECT TSQL queries
- A good understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Core
- Understanding coding and security compliance best practice
- User authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers and environments
- Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming languages: .NET Core, C#, TSQL
- Working with Visual Studio 2019, Internet Information Services, Microsoft SQL Server 2019
You will need to be a good communicator and enjoy problem-solving. This position would be a great opportunity for somebody who has recently graduated from university and has an understanding of the .NET framework (.NET Core using C#) and a basic understanding of Microsoft TSQL, or at least a year of experience in the industry.
