Our client, a multi-office professional services business, is expanding their team and needs an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the team. With over 300 employees, you will be responsible for taking ownership of your customers and ensuring they have the best IT Support experience to support the high brand values. You will be based in their office in the heart of Cornwall with the occasional need to travel to their other offices in Cornwall and Devon.
Responsibilities of this IT Support Engineer role:
- Providing front line service desk support for users
- Setup and configure both user desktops and laptops
- Install authorised software on users devices
- Manage user accounts
- Ensure security and updates are kept up to date
IT Support Engineer Requirements:
- Experience of working in a 1st and 2nd line support role on an IT Service Desk
- Experience supporting on Office 365 and remote desktop services environment
- Knowledge of networking, including Active Directory and Exchange
- Clean Driving License
