This IT Support Assistant opportunity is a step into the professional services world. Within this role you will be supporting over 850 users across 8 South West office locations, so you will benefit from a varied workload! Responsibilities of this IT Support Assistant role:

  • Provide knowledgeable front line support via phone, email and support tickets
  • Aid the business in user system and user Administration (Active Directory and Exchange)
  • Support with the building and maintaining of end-user hardware
  • Help with the support and new starter training for new employees

 

IT Support Assistant Requirements:

  • Broad knowledge and interest across all aspects of IT
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
