Responsibilities of this IT Support Assistant role:
- Provide knowledgeable front line support via phone, email and support tickets
- Aid the business in user system and user Administration (Active Directory and Exchange)
- Support with the building and maintaining of end-user hardware
- Help with the support and new starter training for new employees
IT Support Assistant Requirements:
- Broad knowledge and interest across all aspects of IT
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 products
- Good commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
