Are you looking for a new Administration role within a professional services environment? If so, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! No prior experience within the financial services industry is required as full training will be given.
Investment Administrator responsibilities include: -
- Accurately enter data onto appropriate systems
- Review Anti-Money Laundering documents and process AML checks
- Provide assistance with the transfer of client assets in and out of nominees including reconciliation of transfer
- Ensure that all communication received from clients and investment managers are actioned promptly and efficiently
Investment Administrator requirements: -
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- A high degree of numeracy and good IT skills
- Educated to at least A-level standard, with at least a Grade B in GCSE Maths & English
