Are you looking for a new Administration role within a professional services environment? If so, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! You will be joining a friendly and supportive team that is renowned for offering a high-quality service to a variety of clients. No prior experience within the financial services industry is required as full training will be given.

Investment Administrator responsibilities include: -

  • Accurately enter data onto appropriate systems
  • Review Anti-Money Laundering documents and process AML checks
  • Provide assistance with the transfer of client assets in and out of nominees including reconciliation of transfer
  • Ensure that all communication received from clients and investment managers are actioned promptly and efficiently

Investment Administrator requirements: -

  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • A high degree of numeracy and good IT skills
  • Educated to at least A-level standard, with at least a Grade B in GCSE Maths & English
