Our client, a well-established privately-owned company, based in Exeter, are seeking to recruit an Interim HR Advisor. The successful candidate would Provide professional advice and support to Managers with HR related queries on a short-term basis

Senior HR Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the operational activity of the HR department under the guidance of the Head of HR 
  • Provide support and advice to designated sites and managers regarding HR matters  
  • Maintains standards in line with, employment legislation, the business needs and franchise contract

Senior HR Advisor Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (minimum of Level 5)
  • Experience of operating at a Senior HR Advisor level
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • High level of computer skills, good telephone, and interpersonal skills
