Do you have a confident telephone manner? Are you looking for a new role within a successful Exeter-based company? If so, we’re recruiting for an Insurance Administrator position, offered on a full-time, temporary basis.
Insurance Administrator responsibilities include: -
- Handle third party claims received from the company’s Insurers
- Accept all new First Notification of Loss claims from the company’s Insurers and confirm appropriate cover
- Deal with customer queries via phone or email in respect to their uninsured losses
Insurance Administrator requirements include: -
- Excellent attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Good communication skills & IT literate
