Summary:
Our client is looking to recruit two qualified Fund Accountants to join their Exeter based team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is centered around all aspects of fund administration and accounting, particularly with regard to an alternative investment portfolio. You should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE to your name.
What will you be doing as a Fund Accountant?
- Reviewing management accounts and accompanying schedules as appropriate, in compliance with relevant business policies and procedures.
- Preparing half year and full year Financial statements.
- Attending client and management meetings as and when required.
- Reviewing net asset value calculations, cash reports and revenue projections.
Skills/Qualifications of a Fund Accountant:
- You should be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and methodical with an ability to meet deadlines with ease.
