Introduction/Job Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing telecommunications business headquartered in Exeter. They are currently seeking a Field Sales Executive to join this dynamic and growing team on a permanent basis. Your role will be to increase the number of residential telecommunications customers by engaging with them directly at their premises and at events. To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience and success in field sales. Any experience in IT or telecoms would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Make appointments with potential clients at their premises
  • Seeking out new business through door knocking and presentations at events
  • Enter orders into the company CRM system
  • Aid in the organisation and participation of community engagement events
  • Compile statistics and analyses thereafter

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a field sales role
  • Ideally, but not essentially, experience within the IT/Telecoms sector
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving license
