Summary:
Our client, a well-respected and award-winning law firm, is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join them in their Exeter-based office. Your role will be centered around managing a varied caseload of Family matters. The firm will consider candidates with all levels of PQE and from all avenues of Family Law.
What will you be doing as a Family Solicitor?
- Managing your own caseload of Family Law matters, whether that be in the remit of Divorce, Private Law Children, Child Care Law or Child Abduction.
- Engaging in Business Development activities and attending networking events to help promote the firm.
Skills/Qualifications of a Family Solicitor:
- You will be a Qualified Solicitor with any level of PQE, but the more substantial the PQE, the better.
- You may have worked in any area of Family Law, whether that be Divorce or Child Care Law.
- Ideally, you will have Family law, Children Panel, Collaborative Law or Mediation Accreditation, but if not, support is available to help you to develop your expertise.
- You should be an excellent team player with good IT skills.
