Cathedral Appointments has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a local, well established firm based in Cullompton. The successful candidate will have a broad range of Family experience and will be looking to progress their career within a busy, reputable law firm.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • You will run your own caseload of Family Law matters, which may include; divorce, civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues, family finance and children matters
  • You will undertake business development and you will actively take part in marketing the firm and the department

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • You will be a qualified Family Solicitor or qualified Family Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid would be desirable
  • You will be enthusiastic and motivated
  • You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
