Our client, a reputable and progressive Law firm, is searching for a Family Solicitor to join the team in their Yeovil office on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be expected to oversee your own caseload of Family matters, and you will have 1-3 years PQE to your name which has been gained within Family Law.

For the right candidate, a hybrid working pattern could be accommodated.

What will you be doing as a Family Solicitor?

• Managing your own caseload of Family matters to include divorce finances and pre-marriage planning.
• Collaborating with the firm’s in-house Counsel, as and when is required.
• Engaging in business development activities which may include blog writing, using social media, and traditional networking opportunities.

Skills/Qualifications of a Family Solicitor:

• You will be a qualified Family Solicitor with approximately 1-3 years PQE to your name gained within family work.
• You will ideally have some experience of working in business development, but a willingness to get involved is more important.
• You will be committed to the Resolution Code of Conduct.
• You will excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
