Our client, a forward-thinking and well-respected Law firm, is looking to recruit an Employment Paralegal to join their Exeter based practice. Your role will be centered around providing support in a range of Employment law work including in fee-earning, administration, and marketing. You will be an LLB/GDL/LPC graduate and have some prior experience of working on employment or litigation matters.

What will you be doing as an Employment Paralegal?

• Aiding the team in advising a varied client base on a broad range of employment matters both in writing and via telephone.
• Assisting the team in negotiation settlements with opposing parties, and advising clients on this subject.
• Preparing trial bundles and attending Courts and tribunals.
• Helping to draft contracts, policies and agreements.
• Working on building and maintaining effective client relationships.
• Ensuring that files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures.

Skills/Qualifications of an Employment Paralegal:

• You will be an LLB/GDL/LPC graduate with some previous experience working within the area of employment/litigation.
• Some experience of assisting on Data Subject Access Requests is desirable.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You will be enthusiastic and meet deadlines with ease.
