Our client, an innovative forward-thinking company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their friendly Exeter team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and own multiple digital commercial campaigns across various B2B sectors. Responsibilities include: -

  • Act as the ‘Owner’ of the company’s digital landscape
  • Deliver high-performing paid campaigns (social, media and SEM, display, email) campaigns
  • Provide optimised content for the website and campaign landing pages, utilising a good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Oversee the Conversion Rate Optimisation of all campaigns and activities across the company’s digital footprint
  • Work with the Marketing team to produce engaging email campaigns to multiple audiences including planning, writing engaging content, conducting ‘test and learn’ plans
  • Own the digital marketing analytics agenda, insight and reporting, utilising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and attribution software etc
  • Lead in the ongoing optimisation of the company’s website
  • Take ownership of the organic Social Media accounts to build company presence and drive engagement
  • Make digital activities more accountable through thorough tracking, activity performance, trend analysis and attribution reporting
  • Manage agency relationships to maximise return on investment

Requirements: -

  • Have 3+ years of expereince of digital marketing
  • Preferably Google certified or other digital marketing qualification
  • Have experience in B2B marketing
  • Have excellent communication skills (writing, editing, presenting) and have the ability to be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be able to create and foster relationships with a variety of members while upholding the highest degree of professionalism
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment; generating and proactively implementing ideas
  • Have a flexible work ethic and be hardworking and motivated by results
  • Possess an ability to analyse and make recommendations, alongside the capacity to drive through key business changes
  • Love learning and have a natural intellect to understand and translate information
