Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join their thriving e-Commerce business based in Exeter. With exciting expansion plans, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Your main role will be to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans, leading to strong and lasting customer relationships. In order to fulfill this role, you will need previous experience of working in a digital marketing environment as well as experience of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing career.

The role is based in Exeter, however, after the initial onboarding period, there is the option for a blend of home and office working.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Execution of sales and marketing plans as well as email campaigns
  • Contribution to the overall marketing strategy
  • Creation of sales and marketing collateral including infographics, presentations, newsletters, and brochures
  • Manage communication across all social media channels
  • Blog writing including a range of topics from case studies to industry insights
  • Continuous review and management of the business's online presence, including website (WordPress) and other online assets
  • Consistent updating of prospect and customer data from various sources
  • Report on activity and outcome

Requirements: -

  • A sound understanding of marketing principles including digital marketing
  • Practical experience in delivering content and digital marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of KPI’s and data-driven results
  • A strong team player, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Tenacity and determination
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and energy with a proactive approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • A collaborative approach with confidence to work with colleagues at all levels
  • A desire to continuously develop your skills, together with the potential and attitude required to learn
