Customer Service Manager opportunity!  Are you looking for a new position within a high-growth software company based in Exeter? It's an exciting time to join this business as they begin to accelerate their growth and look to widen into main western European territories.  As Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition, onboarding, and support of all and will remotely manage and grow a small international team. 

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities include: -

  • Manage email service desk
  • Phone support / Live chat support
  • 1-2-1 product demo (sales opportunity)
  • Managing a growing remote team
  • Liaising with the development team regarding customer requirements
  • General office administration duties

Customer Service Manager Requirements Include: -

  • Strong B2B Customer Service experience
  • Experience in recruitment and line management
  • Commercially focused with exceptional communication skills
