Our client, a successful clothing distribution company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their customer services team. The purpose of this role is to take customers orders, deal with customers queries and work closely with colleagues and other teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the companies great reputation.

As a Customer Service Advisor for this company, you will be:

  • receiving incoming calls from customers as well as emails, social media messages including live chats and being able to answer their queries and/or take their orders
  • investigating and solving customers issues
  • undertaking general administrative tasks as necessary 
  • working with the marketing and IT departments to ensure customer service needs and requirements are being met

Previous experience and requirements: 

  • customer service
  • good IT skills including Microsoft 365 packages
  • ability to use social media and all other media
  • excellent telephone manner 
  • ability to work flexible hours
