Our client requires a Customer Service Advisor to join their highly regarded, Exeter-based team on a temporary basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, as well as internal teams across the business, and to provide the team with administrative services. Our client is looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual who enjoys assisting customers.

This is a full-time role for an initial period of 3 months. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm and to be considered for this role you must be available at short notice.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Provide a front-line service to customers and potential customers on the telephone and via digital communications
  • Deliver high-quality customer care in all areas of work, with both internal and external customers
  • Provide administration services to teams across the business
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, preparing documents, letter writing, mail merges, scanning and filing, organising meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining office supplies
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the office
  • Additional individual responsibilities will be assigned as appropriate to the role and training and support will be provided

Requirements: -

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • A positive, enthusiastic individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Good IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a friendly approach and a positive can-do attitude
