Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced, growing team. As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to be confident, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
The main requirements of a Customer Service Advisor are:
- to receive telephone calls from customers and ensure that queries are dealt with professionally and effectively
- assist customers with floor plans and quantity calculations
- log customer issues onto Sales Logix system with detailed explanations
- administer correspondence generated from orders, invoices, and distribution
The correct candidate will have:
- previous experience working within customer service
- willingness to learn, develop, and be trained
- accurate keyboard skills and experience of data entry
- the enthusiasm with the desire to strive towards continuous improvement
