Are you someone who can work on your own initiative and identify and solve problems? We’re looking for a personable Customer Advisor to join a leading business in their field, which offers recognition for hard work as well as opportunities for professional development.
This position will be offered on a 3-month temporary basis initially, with the opportunity to go permanent.
Customer Advisor responsibilities include: -
- Liaise with customers and colleagues to arrange vehicle changeovers and vehicle defleets/bodyshops
- Produce reports for management, as well as ad hoc reporting
- Produce and monitor tasks within the office, often within strict deadlines
Customer Advisor requirements include: -
- Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills
