Summary:
Our client, a well-respected, forward-thinking Law firm is on the look-out for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team in Exeter on a full-time, permanent basis. Your role will be centered around dealing with a caseload of Corporate matters. You may either be a newly qualified Corporate lawyer/Legal Executive or you may possess up to 6 years PQE in all aspects of corporate work.
What will you be doing as a Corporate Solicitor?
- Managing your own caseload of Corporate matters including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and private equity.
- Assisting on more complex matters which enable you to build upon your corporate skill set.
- Helping to deliver a professional, proactive service to all the firm’s clients.
- Assisting in business development activities to help the firm to progress.
Skills/Qualifications of a Corporate Solicitor:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive who possesses up to 6 years PQE in all aspects of corporate work.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be ambitious and have a clear strategy for your career development.
- You will possess excellent client care skills and strong attention to detail.
- You will work well both independently and as part of a team.
