Our client, a well-esteemed, forward thinking Law firm, is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working across a broad spectrum of Corporate work, developing clients to help guide clients and their internal teams. You may be an Associate seeking to work with larger and more complex clients, or perhaps a Senior Associate looking to work collaboratively with in-house teams.

You may be based from Plymouth, Exeter or Bristol, and there is a blend of home and office working available.

What will you be doing as a Corporate Solicitor?

• Managing your own caseload of Corporate matters, with added support and supervision from senior colleagues.
• Collaborating with the firm’s client solutions team to create the suitable technology solutions to meet the needs of clients.
• Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and advise them on a range of corporate transactions.

Skills/Qualifications of a Corporate Solicitor:

• You may be a Solicitor at Associate level who is looking to broaden your remit of Clients, or perhaps a Senior Associate who would like to collaborate with in-house teams.
• Ideally, you will have gained experience working on multiple transactions, and are interested in how businesses work.
• An interest in the firm’s clients as well as a willingness to help them achieve their long-term ambitions is essential.
• You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
• You will be a good team player and able to effectively support more junior members of the team with their development as and when is required.
• You will be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with ease.
