Do you have a background in process improvement and project management? Are you looking for a new challenge within a leading UK manufacturer? We’re currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Officer to join the Exeter team.
Continuous Improvement Officer responsibilities include: -
- Reporting to the Lean Director, you will be accountable for rectifying areas of operational waste within the organisation
- You will work with relevant departments to develop and implement business transformational change and continuous improvement strategy
- Support, comply, and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality, and Environmental standards, and all other company policies and procedures
Continuous Improvement Officer requirements include: -
- Competent in problem-solving, team building & decision making
- A high degree of computer literacy, particularly able to use Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Relevant experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement or Waste Reduction methods
