Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit a Commercial Technology Solicitor to join a well-respected Law Firm based in Bristol. You will join the firm’s experienced Commercial Technology team, and will be working your way through a whole spectrum of non-contentious commercial matters. You should be an Associate with 2-5 years PQE gained through working in the sector. This is an incredible opportunity to work within an ambitious team to develop your career further.
What will you be doing as a Commercial Technology Solicitor?
- Managing your own caseload of Commercial Technology matters.
- Advising on large IT outsourcing arrangements, software licesnsing, hardware, maintenance and support contracts.
- Providing advice on a full spectrum of data protection and privacy matters including international data transfers and e-communications.
Skills/Qualifications of a Commercial Technology Solicitor:
- You will be an Associate with 2-5 years PQE to your name, ideally gained within the Commercial Technology sector.
- You will be an excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills and you will be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
- You will be self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to help the business to grow and develop.
- You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a genuine commitment to their business needs
