Summary:
Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit an NQ Solicitor/Associate with up to 4 years PQE to join a forward-thinking, progressive Law firm on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in a beautiful location in Plymouth, you will be joining a growing Commercial Property team who deal with a wide range of Asset Management matters on both a national and a regional basis. You should be an NQ Solicitor/Associate with up to 4 years PQE, ideally gained from within the Real Estate sector, and you should have impeccable communication skills.
What will you be doing as a Commercial Property Solicitor?
- Involving yourself in all aspects of asset management, including advising clients on acquiring, managing or disposing of real estate.
- Collaborating with clients to provide innovative solutions enhanced by the use of technology.
- Managing your own caseload and taking responsibility for a range of tasks.
- Forming and developing long-lasting professional relationships with clients.
Skills/Qualifications of a Commercial Property Solicitor:
- An NQ Solicitor/Associate with up to 4 years PQE, ideally gained from within the field of Real Estate.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as an ability to meet challenging deadlines with ease.
- A progressive mindset, with an eagerness to expand your skills and knowledge.
