Our client, a well-respected local Law Firm, is searching for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their Exeter office on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for the general upkeep of client files, and ideally you will possess some previous work experience gained within the legal sector.

What will you be doing as a Clinical Negligence Paralegal?

• Engaging in the general administration of client files.
• Using the firm’s IT systems and packages.
• Liaising with clients and other parties on behalf of lawyers.
• Dealing with emailed or telephone enquiries as appropriate.
• Taking responsibility for document production and case management.

Skills/Qualifications of a Clinical Negligence Paralegal:

• Ideally, you will have some previous legal work experience or be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in law.
• You will be highly literate and numerate with excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
• You will use your own initiative and will have a can-do attitude.
• You will be excellent problem solver.
