Our client, a rapidly expanding estate agents based in Exeter, Exmouth, and East Devon, are seeking to recruit a Part Time Client Support Administrator to cover the Exeter Estate and Block management team. This role would largely suit someone with previous experience within Customer service who is looking for their next challenge.

Client Support Administrator Responsibilities:

  • To provide all support necessary to the Estate & Apartment Block Managers in managing a portfolio of properties in the South West.
  • Provide an efficient, customer focused service, dealing with leaseholder enquiries and reactive maintenance.
  • Printing financial reports, organising and scheduling meetings, dealing with insurance claims and supporting the team generally.


Client Support Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in admin/customer service role. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be a good communicator and plenty of common sense. Accurate spelling/maths.
  • General IT Microsoft Office. - IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and bespoke Block Management software (training will be given for the latter).
