£19,500 DOE | FULL TIME | EXETER OFFICE BASED

A company with It’s a level of know-how that’s been built up over 135 years that makes them one of the longest-established firms of property agents and chartered surveyors in Devon looking to recruit Client Support Administrator within their Exeter Estate and Apartment block Management. This role would suit someone who has been working within the customer service or property industry and is looking for a new challenge within a rapidly expanding sector of the property industry.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm 

Client Support Administrator Responsibilities include: -

  • To provide all support necessary to the Estate & Apartment Block Managers in managing a portfolio of properties in the South West.
  • Provide an efficient customer-focused used service, dealing with leaseholder enquiries and reactive maintenance.
  • Printing financial reports, organising and scheduling meetings, dealing with insurance claims and supporting the team generally

Client Support Administrator Requirements include: -

  • Previous experience in admin/customer service role. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be a good communicator and have plenty of common sense.
  • General IT Microsoft Office. IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and bespoke Block Management software (training will be given for the latter).
  • Accurate spelling/maths.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure whilst working as part of a team.
