Summary:

Our client is looking to recruit for a Client Services Administrator role on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in the beautiful county of Dorset, your role will be focused upon delivering impeccable client service to the organisation’s clients. An important part of this role is being able to maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, as well as dealing with queries in a timely manner. The successful candidate will therefore have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Your hours for this role will be Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.15.

What will you be doing as a Client Services Administrator?

  • Engaging with client on-boarding by making sure that the correct documentation is registered to clients.
  • Conducting anti-laundering checks in line with current UK legislation.
  • Inputting and updating client data across all appropriate systems. .
  • Making sure that processing instructions are received from clients efficiently and quickly.
  • Receiving incoming and making outbound calls to clients and to third parties.  
  • Securing an appropriate level of understanding of the rules/legislation surrounding the company’s products and services offered to clients (i.e legislation around CGT, ISAs, SIPPs, Trusts, GDPR).

More general duties of a Client Services Administrator:

  • General administrative tasks including the processing of post, faxing/photocopying, filing, binding etc.
  • Producing valuations, account statements and performance data at the client’s request.
  • Ensuring that sensitive information/data is sent securely.
  • Collating and dispersing large scale mailings.

Skills/Qualifications of a Client Services Administrator:

  • 5 GCSE grades A*-C including Maths and English.
  • A motivated, organised and proactive individual with an ability to learn information quickly.
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems, particularly those associated with MS Office.
  • Impeccable levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
  • An ability to use initiative to meet deadlines with ease and within restricted timescales.
  • A positive approach to work and an ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
