Summary:
Our client, a well-respected Financial Planning firm, is looking to recruit a Client Liaison Officer on a full-time, permanent basis. Your role will be focussed upon communicating with clients and answering their queries. You will ideally be somebody who is open to a career as a Paraplanner or Financial Planner in the future.
What will you be doing as a Client Liaison Officer?
- Responding to and dealing with day-to-day client queries.
- Collaborating with the firm’s Paraplanners and business support team to ensure that financial planning is seamlessly delivered to clients.
- Preparing review packs.
- Managing the diaries of the firm’s Financial Planners.
Skills/Qualifications of a Client Liaison Officer:
- You will be looking to develop your career as a Paraplanner or Financial Planner in the future.
- You may already be working in a firm offering financial advice and have some experience of the sector.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable you to easily build rapport with clients.
