Our client, a well-established Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm is seeking for a Client Liaison to join their team based in their Poole offices. As part of the role, the successful candidate will provide clients with clear, expert, and relevant independent financial planning advice.

Client Liaison responsibilities include: -

  • Act as a point of contact for clients to answer their day-to-day queries 
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Delivering long-term financial planning to clients
  • Manage multiple tasks throughout the day 
  • Preparation of review packs
  • Diary management

Client Liaison requirements include: -

  • General administration duties
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Opportunity to progress to a paraplanner or financial planner
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) minimum, with grades A-C to include English and Maths
