A brand new vacancy has arisen for a Client Development & Bids Manager to join an innovative and dynamic professional services firm based in Exeter. This is a newly created role within our client’s Marketing & Client Development team, and you will help to develop strategies that will grow the company’s market share.

Client Development & Bids Manager responsibilities include: -

  • Work with the Public Sector team to formulate and deliver on sector strategy and business plans
  • Drive forward client development initiatives, create/run cross-selling programmes, and support with new market opportunities
  • Win new work for the firm by managing public sector bid processes (with support from a dedicated Bid Writer) combining sector intelligence, technical input, and a strong value proposition to create winning bids

Client Development & Bids Manager requirements include: -

  • At least 5 years Sales experience in a professional services or B2B sales environment, with experience of bid management
  • Proficient IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Client focused and able to communicate professionally with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
