Cathedral Appointments is looking for an experienced Civil Litigator to join a well-established law firm based in Axminster. The successful candidate will have a range of litigation experience, to include Probate, Property, Landlord & Tenant.
Responsibilities:
- You will run a mixed caseload of Litigation/Dispute Resolution matters
- You will be confident to work independently
- You will be responsible for developing your caseload through business development and marketing opportunities
Requirements:
- You will be a qualified Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive
- You will ideally have experience within Probate Litigation, Property Disputes, and Landlord and Tenant matters
- You will be able to run your own caseload of matters
- You will enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
