Our client a leading Law Firm offering a wide range of legal services to clients across the South West, are looking to recruit an Business Support & Bid Management Executive to be part of an exciting new team responsible for brand management and customer experience. 

Business Support & Bid Management Executive responsibilities include:

  • support the business in developing client relationships,
  • identifying new business opportunities for the managers
  • coordinate research,
  • manage the organisation and planning of events,
  • help and support the proactive aims of the marketing team, sales support, and administration
  • create and manage a library of bids and tenders, compiling a library of content and templates for use with new business tenders.

Business Support & Bid Management Executive requirements include: -

  • Previous experience of working in Marketing or Business Development, ideally within a legal industry or professional services firm
  • Educated to A-level or NVQ / Diploma level 3 is essential for this role
  • Takes ownership over tasks, excellent teamwork skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
