Our client, who have been delivering Training, Coaching and Leadership development for 30 years are looking to expand on their success’ and introduce a Business Development Executive. The role will be based in Exeter Liaising with the internal team of 7 to ensure that each new customer’s expectations are exceeded.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be:
- Researching business magazines, papers, databases and sites to obtain potential new client contact data
- Contacting potential new clients by phone and/or email to introduce training and coaching services
- Arranging and attending client meetings (face to face and remote) to discuss their people development needs
- Building rapport with new clients and nurturing relationships to ensure we are their first port of call when a training or coaching need arises
As Business Development Executive, you will need:
- Proven experience within a sales role
- Past use of CRM or Customer databases
- Experience of creating cold searches via Multimedia to reach potential new clients.
