Cathedral Appointments has a vacancy for a Banking and Finance Solicitor to join a highly reputable law firm in their Bristol office. The team will consider an NQ Solicitor who has undertaken a relevant seat within Banking & Finance or a Banking & Finance Solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE. Although, they may also consider more experienced candidates, so please do still apply if you are outside of this bracket! The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of finance matters, acting for both lenders and corporate borrowers. This is a non-contentious, transactional role. What will you be doing as a Banking and Finance Solicitor?

  • You will assist the Banking & Finance team with a range of matters, to include acting for clearing banks, private banks, alternative credit providers, government agencies and corporate borrowers on a range of finance work, including acquisition finance, real estate investment and development finance, general refinancings and restructurings, and invoice discounting

 

Skills/Qualifications of a Banking and Finance Solicitor:

  • You will be either an NQ Solicitor who has undertaken a seat within Banking & Finance or an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE
  • You will be an impeccable communicator with proven technical and organisational skills
  • You will be able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines with ease
  • You will be client focused with the ability to build long lasting relationships
