Summary:
Our client, a forward thinking and dynamic law firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join a Banking and Finance department based in the beautiful Southwestern location of Bristol. This role’s duties can be summarised by providing support to fee earners on a wide variety of tasks. The successful candidate will have prior Paralegal experience within the banking and finance sector, and is likely to be a Law graduate.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support on acquisition finance duties.
- Dealing with real estate development duties.
- Administering general re-financings and restructurings
- Engaging in invoice discounting tasks.
- Communicating with a wide range of clients including private banks, alternative credit providers, government agencies and corporate borrowers.
Requirements:
- Somebody working as a Paralegal within the banking and finance sector who is also likely to be a Law graduate.
- An individual who is self-motivated and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
- Someone who is a good team player and is an expert at working co-operatively.
- A candidate who learns quickly and can pick up new skills effectively.
- An individual with excellent IT skills.
- Somebody who is determined to deliver work to the highest quality.
Package:
This role offers a competitive salary which is depending on experience. There is also a generous benefit package on offer including access to a Life Assurance Scheme, access to a Pension Scheme, and 23 days + bank holidays + your birthday leave rising with length of service.
