PART TIME 15 HRS PER WEEK (2 DAYS) | TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT | FRIENDLY SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT

Are you looking for a new position within a forward thinking employee owned company based within Exeter. They have over 70 staff across four offices and cover all sectors including Building Surveying, Valuation, Lease Advisory, Rating, Agency and Property Management. If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a part time Property Administrator, you can use your Administration skills within a role that works with your homelife situation. There is the potential for hours to increase in the role as time progresses and more responsibilities are taken on.

Property Administrator responsibilities include: -

  • Assist with daily office tasks
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Any other administrative tasks as required

Property Administrator requirements include: -

  • Experience using Microsoft 365 programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • A friendly and approachable manner and can work well within a team
  • The ability to multi-task and be effective under pressure
  • Experience within the property and maintenance would be advantageous although not Essential.
