An Accountancy firm within Exeter are looking to recruit an Administrator to help support the team due to the fast growth within the company. The ideal candidate would have proven Experience within a previous Administration role, the role is ideal for someone looking to progress within Administration within the company.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments, Follow up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate
  • Administrative communication with HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House
  • Administrative support for Accounting and Taxation teams along with Marketing and Human Resources
  • Processes expenses and invoices (for the company)
  • Management of filing and document storage (both physical and electronic)
  • Filing and archiving accurate records

Administration Requirements:

  • You will need to be able to adapt to the changing environment that the organisation works within
  • A desire for variety and a willingness to contribute in shaping this role as the organisation enters a period of significant growth
  • A strong background in administration
  • A proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • The ability to commute to the office in Pynes Hill, Exeter
