A fully established company, working within their industry since 1898 is looking to recruit an Administrator to work within their Exeter Office. This position would initially be a Temporary placement with the hope to become permanent. The Administrator role would combine Customer service skills, this would be an ideal role for someone with a strong customer service background looking to develop within Administration.

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone and deal politely with enquiries.
  • Accurate processing customer orders on to the system – processing refunds and exchanges
  • Assist the operations department will all elements of purchasing, stock control and supply chain
  • Maintain harmonious relations with customers and staff and always show a polite and professional attitude

Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Customer service
  • Competent computer skills including MS office
  • Ability to efficiently plan, organize and prioritize activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
